1. Processing Time

Each pet sculpture is a unique, hand-crafted piece of art. Please allow 4-6 weeks for our artists to create your sculpture before it is shipped.

2. Packaging

Due to the fragile and often heavy nature of our sculptures, we take extreme care in packaging. Each item is securely encased in custom-fitted, high-density foam and placed within a sturdy, double-walled shipping box to ensure it arrives safely.

3. Shipping Costs & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We use reputable carriers such as FedEx and UPS to provide reliable and tracked shipping. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage.

4. International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict what these charges may be, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
